Videos can be uploaded and posted by any of the below methos.
1) MP4 BB code:-
Any mp4 video from any site with downloadable URL ending with .mp4 can be embedded using mp4 BBCode as shown below.

2) Using Redgifs.com or Sendvid.com:-
Upload the required videos to any of the above sites and copy paste the video link to media button in the editor window. Video will get embedded automatically. Please note you will need to register in redgifs.com to upload video. No registration needed for sendvid.com

A sample video showing how to use video embed button is show below.
Please use a VPN if you can not view the video

Upload video to your Mega account. Share the video and get the URL. Change # to %23

I.e.

Create an account in StreamTape and upload video to your account. Copy the embed URL which looks like https://streamtape.com/e/3DB6X4G4MvHdBXD/

Use media import option and paste this URL

This will embed the video like this

does sites like streamtape, sendvid allow porn / sex / nudity videos ?? even sites like mega, redgifs which allow porn won't allow celeb deepfakes.. (i think).. will pornbb be enabled for video uploads?? thats the safest way i think

I don't think so, it's from RedGifs. If the video is vertical, you don't see a lot of space. But for horizontal ones, you see space
