Stable Diffusion with automatic1111 UI with following:
Model: Dreamshaper XL Lightning 4 step model
Settings:
Steps: 4
Sampler: DPM++ SDE
Scheduler: Karras
CFG: 1
Resolution: 1024 x 1024
Followed by face swap using this extension: GitHub - Gourieff/sd-webui-reactor: Fast and Simple Face Swap Extension for StableDiffusion WebUI (A1111 SD WebUI, SD WebUI Forge, SD.Next, Cagliostro)
Stable diffusion can largely get a good grasp of celebrity body shapes, etc that it knows, but it sucks with faces.
So, you can prompt for the celebrity using above settings and it will give a reasonable quality image, but then you can follow it with face swap.
When set up well, it is generating each image in about 2 minutes along with face swapping
It's a bit technical. I will try to make a tutorial post with more details
